  • The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item is in its original condition, without damage or misuse
  • The issue is reported with clear details and, if required, supporting images

Items that show signs of damage due to customer use or handling may not be eligible for return.


Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider
  • Any applicable service or delivery charges may be non-refundable

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
  • Cancellations made after dispatch may incur logistics or handling fees

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not as expected:

Non-Returnable Situations
